Visual Sequencing refers to our ability to perceive items in a specific order and remember that sequence. This skill is essential for visual and language development and is needed for reading, spelling (organizing letters in a particular order), and mathematics operations.
This resource includes various hands-on activities to practice visual sequential skills needed for early perceptual and cognitive development. It has easier (flashcards as well as cut, color, and paste activities) and more challenging exercises (numbering and easy reading). Easier activities can be used from age four and can be graded and used for children up to age nine that needs more challenging exercises. It can also be used for remedial intervention depending on the child's needs.
